Job Responsibilities: Initiates and coordinates actions covering the entire span of human resources staffing activities (classification reviews, recruitment, placement, reassignment, promotion, performance management, separation), ensuring consistency in the application of the Staff Rules and human resources procedures.
- Manages outreach activities in relation to workforce planning and critical vacancies.
- Monitors and ensures the implementation of human resources policies, practices and procedures.
