Support to Health/Immunization programme development and planning: Support and contribute to the preparation, design and updating of the situation analysis for the sector(s) to establish a strategic plan for development, design and management of health related programmes. Keep abreast of development trends to enhance programme management, efficiency and delivery to ensure alignment with global and regional strategies (Immunization Agenda (IA) 2030, GAVI 5.0) and UNICEF Immunization Road map 2018-2030.

Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum five years of professional work experience at the national level in planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of immunization programmes. Professional work experience as technical specialist in a position related to immunization.
  • Relevant professional experience in Government and/or a UN system agency or organization will be considered an asset. Knowledge of latest theories, principles, methods and technologies in Routine Immunization, Cold Chain and Logistics.
