UNON Job Vacancy 2021
Responsibilities: Data consolidation and analysis: The Common Country Assessment (CCA) will be informed by a number of existing assessments across sectors by multiples stakeholders in the country. The consultant should be able to consolidate data to produce analysis of a comprehensive, conflict sensitive analysis that captures changing trends and context in Libya. Drafting and Editing: With inputs from and in coordination with the UN Country Team, the consultant should lead drafting and editing of the CCA and the CF.

Qualification:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) degree in political science, international relations, international economics, law, public administration, or related field. A first-level university degree with an additional two years of professional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience
- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in development, peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance, human rights, conflict resolution or related area.
- A minimum of two years of experience in complex conflict or post-conflict context is required.
- Experience in the integrated assessments and strategic planning and support of multi-dimensional operations is required.
- Experience coordinating a multi-disciplinary team or inter-agency collaboration is required.
- Experience working on peacebuilding and development issues on or in Africa is desirable.
- Experience in liaising and building support for critical and sensitive issues is desirable.
