UNON Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities: Under the current joint Government of Kenya (GOK) and UN Vaccination drive additional support is needed to facilitate vaccinations at the UN Gigiri complex according to GOK/UN priorities, as well as respond to calls for clarification on appointments, vaccination side effects etc. At present JMS emergency phone lines are experiencing a significant influx of calls, and the email address assigned to vaccination bookings has a huge backlog which needs to be addressed. A standard response time requires to be introduced to ensure timely addressing of queries. Hence the need for additional responder capacity to handle a prolonged steady stream of calls for information on a separate number (21717) hunting line.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in administrative services, customer services or related area is required. MS Office skills are desirable.
- Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
