UNOPS Job Vacancy 2023
Functional Responsibilities:
The ICT intern will be working with the ICT specialist and the rest of the technical team daily to learn and gain experience in various functions, such as:
- Developing business applications
- Assisting with technical review and testing of code
- Participating in knowledge management and quality assurance activities
- Assisting with technology assessments and gap analysis for projects
- Helping to create detailed technical specifications and solutions
- Keeping technical documentation up to date
- Reviewing code for quality and adherence to coding standards
- Participating in unit testing and other forms of technical testing of business applications
Qualification:
- A first-level university degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related fields is required.
Experience:
- Applicants are not required to have professional work experience.
- Applicants should have graduated from the above stated fields within three (3) years prior to the application date of the internship.
