Purpose Of The Position: In the context of the WHO Health Emergencies incident management system, at the country level, the incumbent will provide project management support in the implementation of the technical and operational plans, coordinate the allocation and use of financial resources and manage grants in close consultation with related teams, to ensure the effective delivery of technical programmes in support to the full cycle of the incident.

- Contract Duration (Years, Months, Days): 12 Months

Qualification:
- First university degree in epidemiology, statistics, database management or public health from an accredited/recognized institute.
Experience:
- At least five years of related experience, at the national and international levels, implementation of public health surveillance, outbreak investigation and response. Previous experience in implementation of Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) is a requirement.
- Experience in the areas in developing countries. Previous experience working in collaboration with multiple actors in public health surveillance is desirable. Prior humanitarian working experience at field level with WHO/UN, health cluster partners, recognized humanitarian organization or with an international nongovernmental organization with expertise in disaster and outbreak response.
