Your tasks:
- Advice to employees*inside the Ministry of Agriculture in the province of Luapula on questions of the transformation of the agricultural and food system and ensuring the transfer of learning experiences from the project of the special initiative „ Transformation of the agricultural and food systems “
- Advice and involvement of relevant authorities as well as consideration of the various activities and partnerships with local institutions, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and other donors
- Advising the government partners on the identification and documentation of good application examples from the implementation ( „ best practices “ ), which are suitable for further scaling, distribution and inclusion in the state advisory system of the responsible authorities
- Participation in the preparation and follow-up of events, e.g. Multi-stakeholder workshops with partners, regular field visits with provincial government partners and national levels
- Integration of relevant provincial authorities in the project implementation and support in knowledge management, the implementation of research and the creation of specialist analyzes as well as communication materials on the main topics of the projects
- Promotion of a close integration of the projects of the special initiative „ Transformation of the agricultural and food systems “ with the government partners at provincial and district level and ensuring communication coordinated with the regional office Mansa
