Solidarites international Job Vacancy 2022
Management:
- Supports the field: manages the day-to-day needs of field administrators
- Participates in the verification of the budget follow-ups of the missions
- Participates in the validation of the budgets of the operation proposals submitted to donors
- Participates in the validation of the intermediate and final financial reports of the programs (financial document and budget narrative part) to be submitted to donors
- Support in the preparation of financial audits
- Participates in the validation of cash forecasts
- Participates in weekly and monthly meetings (Desk, Accounting, Logistics, Headquarters, etc.)
Eligibility:
- Bac + 4/5 Masters level, Business Schools and/or specific NGO support training such as Bioforce with a component in management and/or logistics.
- Successful and significant professional experience in the field of management (accounting, finance) and/or logistics (purchasing, transport, technical).
- Mastery of the most common office software, a good knowledge of Excel is important
- Good command of English
- Autonomy and rigor
- Ability to work in a team
