UNISFA Job Vacancy 2022
Org. Setting and Reporting: This position is located in the Facilities and Environmental Management Unit (FEMU) of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA), duty station Abyei. The incumbent will report directly to the Chief of Mission Support or their designate.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Business Management, Contract Administration, or related areas.
Work Experience:
- At least seven (07) years of progressively responsible experience in technical, administrative and supervisory areas in the maintenance, management and operation of facilities is required.
- Experience providing facilities management services in a remote and austere environment is desirable.
- Broad experience in facilities management is required.
Languages:
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of the other is desirable.
