Job overview: Based in Ajuonthok field Office, the Reproductive Health Manager will support the Health program in the country with direct implementation of RH projects while roving to Bentiu field office in Unity State. S/he will provide leadership to the ERD team and effectively manage the implementation of the GAC project, ensuring that project indicators are achieved within the constraints of IRC’s policies and internal regulations, grant agreement with GAC (Global Affairs Canada) and agreed implementation plan and strategies with quality implementation of program activities on ground. S/he directly reports to the Field Coordinator and MCH (Maternal and Child Health Coordinator (on technical matters) and with state level external partners. S/he will conduct clear communication, orientation, and coordination with stakeholders in a complementary manner.

Job Requirements:
- Health Professional (MD, Midwife or Nurse) with strong public health background, MPH preferred.
- At least 3 years humanitarian project management experience coordinating, implementing, and managing reproductive health programs in emergency contexts and/or refugee settings.
- Proven abilities in developing work plans, data collection/ analysis and performance monitoring
- Excellent spoken and written English (dependent on the context)
- Proven experience with FP/STI prevention and counseling services and maternal and neonatal health
- Thorough understanding of gender-based violence response protocols and service provision
- Ability to validate and interpret health data, in particular Reproductive health data.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, training, and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and flexibility
- Ability to work and live under high pressure and in a high security environment.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Epi-Info/SPSS and Outlook
