Save the Children Job Vacancy 2021
The role holder is responsible for maintaining and updating the HRIS and managing effort reporting system. He/she will ensure the HRIS is appropriately updated and utilised in a timely and accurate manner, this includes setting up new starters, terminating leavers, amending personal details, updating contract information and absence records. The role Holder will also support the HRIS and ER Coordinator on HRIS issues, queries and enhancements, assist in coordinating Effort Reporting and responsible for collecting staff timesheet and ensure all staff have submitted before the deadline.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Higher Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in working with HRIS, Effort reporting systems or other IT platforms
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Human Resources or Administration in a corporate or an NGO environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative style and approach, and ability to work effectively across cultures
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working under high pressure, fast-paced environments and able to deal with ambiguity and change in those contexts
- Ability to plan and organize a substantial workload that includes complex, diverse tasks
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- A commitment to the mission, vision and values of Save the Children
Desired:
- Experience in working with online HR information systems
