UNDP Job Vacancy 2022
Position Purpose: The Administrative Associate works in close collaboration with the administration, Humanitarian Financing, Communication and Field Coordination staff in OCHA and other UN agencies staff to exchange information and ensure consistent service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Secondary education is required. University Degree in Business or Public Administration is a desirable, but it is not a requirement. Certification in administration desirable.
- CIPS Level 2 certification is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years (with Secondary education) or 3 years (with Bachelor degree) of relevant experience in administration or programme support service.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems.
- Experience in UMOJA/ATLAs desirable
Language:
- Fluency in the English.
