Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in either Law, Human Rights or International Relations;
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s) in relevant discipline from a recognized University in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years with Advanced/Master’s degree or 7 years with First/Bachelor’s degree of professional and responsible experience in constitutional, law reform and political analysis is required;
- Strong experience supporting inclusive and consultative public consultation processes in a complex institutional environment;
- High level representational and advisory experience, ideally in a cross-cultural setting;
- Experience of working in conflict/post-conflict settings;
- Demonstrated experience in project managing and coordinating with and reporting on the work in the framework of donor programmes and of diverse teams and financial resources at national level;
- Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills;
- Experience working with the UN an asset;
- Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
Required Language(s):
- Excellent written and spoken English.
