Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Completion of Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years (secondary education) or 4 years (Bachelor’s degree) of relevant work experience in a field of digital trade, e-commerce, online marketing, web development, preferably in the private sector, international/multilateral development context;
- Experience in capacity building initiatives in the area of e-commerce, digital trade /online marketing;
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with SMEs, private sector in the area of e-commerce;
- Good communication, coordination, and facilitation skills;
- Consistently ensures timeliness and quality of Project work;
- Establishes lasting relationships and substantive dialogue with clients;
- Treats all people fairly without favoritism;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability;
- Demonstrates integrity by modeling ethical standards.
Required Language(s):
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
