UNDP Job Vacancy 2021
Institutional Arrangement: The Procurement and Supply Chain Management Analyst shall work under the supervision of the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Specialist to carry out the tasks listed under scope of work for the Global Fund grants managed by UNDP, namely: procurement, adverse drug reaction reporting, and forecasting and quantification.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Procurement and Supply Change Management, Finance, Economics, Public Administration or related field OR Bachelor’s degree with additional 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
- At least 2 years (with Master degree) of progressive work experience in procurement and supply chain management of health products;
- Having a Specialized certification in procurement, CIPS would be preferred;
- Experience of UN or UNDP procurement policies and procedures is an asset;
- Experience working in Global Fund related PSM projects is desirable;
- Experience working in with programmes supported by other international and bilateral agencies such as WHO, World Bank, USAID, etc preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to write sound technical reports;
- Computer skills including m-Supply, spreadsheet, database, etc.
Language:
- Fluency in English language is required, knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
