Eligibility Criteria

Education and certification:

University degree (minimum Bachelor) in Social Sciences, Economics, Gender Studies, or related subject
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:

At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in project/program management and implementation.
Demonstrated experience in the area of gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Proven experience working in the areas of women’s economic empowerment and/or policy and advocacy.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English
