Organization Setting and Reporting: This position is in the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), Juba. The Property Disposal Assistant will report to the Chief Property Disposal Unit or his/ her designated official.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of inventory
- control, property disposal, property management, logistics, procurement or other related fields is required.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Proven computer skills and training in software applications such as Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Umoja/SAP database is desirable.
Languages:
- English is the working language of the United Nations Secretariat. For the position advertised
- fluency in oral and written English is required.
