Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Completion of Secondary Education is required.
- Diploma certification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent disciplines in combination with four (4) years’ experience maybe considered.
- First University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent disciplines is desirable.
Experience:
- A minimum of six (6) years’ experience for high school completion, OR a minimum of four (4) years of experience with a Diploma certificate, OR a minimum of two (2) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in an international and/or national organization providing HR advisory, recruitment, and/or HR-generalist services is required.
- Two (2) years’ experience is required in HR administration.
- One (1) year experience is required in recruitment and selection.
- Experience in the use of HR information systems is desirable.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in written, reading, and spoken English is required.
