WFP Job Vacancy 2022
Job Purpose: To lead the operations team of Emergency Unit and contributes towards stronger partnership and day to day effective and efficient operational aspect the emergency programming.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Advanced University degree in International Affairs, Economics, Nutrition/Health, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences or other field relevant to international development assistance, or First University Degree with additional years of related work experience and/or trainings/courses.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of postgraduate experience in complex field operations, preferably in a hardship duty station or emergency situation. Has experience leading a large, multi-discipline team to ensure the effective delivery of objectives. Participated in a large-scale emergency operation/ development programme.
- Knowledge and skills: Has gained substantial experience in complex field operations, preferably in a hardship duty station or emergency situation. Has experience leading a large, multi-discipline team to ensure the effective delivery of objectives. Participated in a large-scale emergency operation/ development programme.
- Language: International Professional: Fluency (level C) in English language.
