UNDP Job Vacancy 2022
Institutional Arrangement: The Field Coordination Analyst will have a matrix reporting to the Chief Programme Advisor and the YEDCB Programme Coordinator. S/he will work closely with the Team Leader of the STARR Unit, the YEDCB Project Team, and is considered part of the UNDP STARR Unit.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of a Master’s degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community engagement and development;
- Excellent coordination skills in multi-sectorial programming;
- Extensive knowledge of documenting social and institutional processes;
- Experience in recovery and resilience programming in fragile contexts.
Required Language:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and excellent oral communication skills in Arabic are mandatory.
