Objectives
- To provide mentoring and guidance to the silage hubs commercialization activities
- To support sweetpotato silage promotional activities
Deliverables
- Technical report outlining the capacity building and product delivery activities aimed at strengthening the silage hubs
- Newspaper article promoting sweetpotato silage utilization by urban and peri-urban livestock farmers
Timeframe
- Consultancy contract will be for 10 days.
Eligibility criteria:
- PhD in Animal Science.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience and knowledge in Forage formulation and utilization.
- Skills in coaching and mentoring youth teams
