FAO Job Vacancy 2021
Technical Focus: The National MIS User Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting end users in the beneficiary management system and other systems as may be introduced from time to time by FAO Uganda in its day to day operations, and specifically on systems under the responsibility of the Headquarters OER MIS Unit.
Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer science or related fields with solid foundation in application development.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in supporting end users on usage of IT software systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- National of Uganda.
