Your tasks
You will be involved in the project work of the first practical phases with the tasks listed below:
- Support of the project management team in strategic planning, context analysis and coordination with clients
- Development of innovative consulting approaches for civil society partners of the project who work on the topics of women’s rights and youth participation
- Support for coordination formats between state and non-state actors, especially in the area of gender and youth
- Support for monitoring + reporting and knowledge management (documentation of change stories)
The two subsequent practical phases and the tasks there are developed in the course of the EZ trainee program.

Your profile:
You will bring these professional qualifications with you for the first practical phase:
- Studies in law, politics or economics or another relevant field
- Necessary professional knowledge in the field of human rights, gender, inclusion
- Fluent language skills in German and English
The following knowledge and experience round off your qualifications for the entire EZ trainee program:
- Knowledge of development cooperation
- First practical experiences in a developing country
- Willingness to change location several times
- Open for use in different organizations
- Intercultural Competence
The knowledge and experience may have been acquired through an internship.
