UNICEF Job Vacancy 2022
Knowledge Management for Programmes: Supports CSD knowledge management through the development and maintenance of paper based and e-filing systems for key programme documents such as annual/rolling workplans, service and supply plans, results monitoring frameworks (RAM), mid-year and annual review documentation, partnership (PCA) documentation, action trackers for the CSD weekly meetings, quarterly and annual reviews, and other important documentation and monitoring systems as advised by Chief CSD. Assist Chief CSD in preparation and facilitation of the information exchange internally within CSD, with zonal offices and within the office, as well as externally with national and district partners, UN and NGOs. Participate in the preparation of, and making professional contribution to, the preparation of programme reports required for the management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- A university degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience in areas of project/programme management, analysis and coordination is required.
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Background/familiarity with emergency is considered as an asset
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of the local language is mandatory and of another official UN language is considered as an asset.
