Your responsibilities

  • Operationally manage all types of complaints cases
  • Assist in preparation, conducting and follow-up of internal & external audits
  • Assist in the impartiality process
  • Organise the impartiality committee sessions
  • Conduct process mapping activities
  • Drive improvement projects
  • Participate in projects and working groups
  • Act as holiday substitution for the CA team members

Your Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • University level education or completed apprenticeship
  • 5 years of professional experience in quality management or certification schemes
  • Practical working experience in dealing with appeals, allegations and complaints
  • Familiar with one of the following certification schemes: Fairtrade, ISO (17065 / 9001), FSC, MSC or Organic
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Strong dedication towards customer service
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to communicate with different cultures and flexibility to work with different time zones
  • Positive approach to innovation and change
  • Training on one of the ISO schemes (17065, 9001 etc) will be seen as an asset
  • Experience in (internal) auditing is considered beneficial
  • Understanding of legal topics is a plus
