IFRC Job Vacancy 2021

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Health Officer, the Health Programme Intern will support the Snr Health Officer with monitoring of all Health operation developments and coordinate all the health activities closely with the National Societies and other stakeholders in Southern Africa, provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the health team and to all the programmes, ensure effective linkages, communication, and collaboration with the relevant colleagues internally within the Movement as well as with external partners including international organisations and donors.

Eligibility criteria:

Education:

  • Relevant university degree in Health management, public health or other related fields. (Required)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in health projects. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with international non- governmental organization. (Preferred)
  • Experience in writing report, case studies and M&E. (Required)
  • Experience of working with National Societies. (Preferred)
  • Basic secretarial skills. (Required)
