Responsibilities
- This role will provide direct support to the CHAI PrEP Senior Technical Advisor, with responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: Coordinate in-person and virtual engagements with all stakeholders and TWGs.
- Provide management support for all engagements.
- Maintain records to support change management, follow up of action items and facilitate accountability and progress within the program.
- Seek and engage with service providers for requisite services, such as printing, courier services, catering.
- Support the updating of relevant documents, templates and implementation tools in line with changes to Guidelines, policies and data collection optimization processes.
- Prepare documents for final production and dissemination, including proof-reading and editing.
- Support the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned from Oral PrEP scale up on an ongoing basis.
- Provide administrative support for communication and distribution of resources with provinces and key stakeholders and maintain a data base of all PrEP and HIV prevention resources and contacts.
- Support NDoH in all aspects of combination HIV prevention strategy, planning, and implementation, including policy and guideline development for new HIV biomedical prevention products and review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years professional experience in a private or public sector setting with increasing levels of responsibility and experience;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be effective in high-pressure situations and adapt to fast-paced and changing environments with a strong commitment to excellence, both internally and externally, and with limited structural support;
- Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint (analytical skills and proficiency levels will be evaluated during recruiting process);
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects and solve challenging problems with limited structural or operational support;
- Strategically minded, able to think creatively around long-term program objectives and the detailed steps necessary to achieve these goals;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication and editing skills;
- English language fluency, both written and verbal.
