The Post
You assume, under delegation, part of the responsibilities of the director of establishment to whom you report, and in his absence ensure the management of the establishment.
Conducts the policy of establishments:
- Collaborates with the director in the development and evolution of the establishment project following the establishment of a coordinated platform allowing better support for young people in close connection with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with the social object of the association and the guidelines defined by the governing bodies
- Reports on the activities and progress of establishments to the director.
Participate in the animation of human resources policy:
- Directs and animates the teams in the absence of the school director,
- Participates in recruitment within the framework of national procedures
- Evaluate the actions and skills of his team and implement professional interviews for the administrative team and general resources.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the training and professionalization plan
- Collaborates in steering relations with the social partners in compliance with legal and conventional provisions and ensures the good social climate in establishments
- Ensure the implementation of the occupational risk prevention and management policy implemented within establishments
Supervises the operational management of establishments:
- Supervising the general resources team
- Implement the means of control and evaluation to avoid any malfunction
- Is in charge of the implementation of all the information systems of the establishments
- Ensure the control and security of premises
The candidate’s profile
- Level 1 training in the health and social sector, you have managerial experience in the disability sector. Knowledge of polyhandicap is an asset. You have a sense of organization, planning and are respectful of commitments.
- You have a good command of budgetary management and human resources.
- Your flexibility, responsiveness and your strength of proposal will be necessary to succeed in this position.
