Job Summary: RTI International is seeking qualified candidates for the open position of Human Resources Manager under the USAID funded Power Africa Off-grid Project (PAOP). The position will be based in Pretoria, South Africa. The Human Resources Manager for PAOP is responsible for implementation of HR strategies, effective delivery of HR services and management; interpretation and application of HR policies, rules and regulations; facilitation of internal procedures and process solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues in the various countries PAOP operates. The HR Manager promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale. He/she is to support formulation of solid HR strategies and implement Project human resources initiatives to attract, develop, motivate and retain the most suitable talent throughout PAOP project lifecycle and facilitate successful performance management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience, or
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience, or
- PhD and 6 years of experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
