UNDP Job Vacancy 2021
Duties and Responsibilities: Under the overall guidance and supervision of the NDMC IT Manager, the systems administrator will assist with general administrative and operational support to implement policies and procedures thus enabling the NDMC technical environment to function optimally. The system administrator will assist in terms of network, applications and infrastructure support.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- A Diploma/degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information and Communication Technology or similar/ equivalent qualification.
- Microsoft MCSE accreditation or equivalent qualification will serve as an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2 years appropriate experience as a system administrator in a production environment.
Additional requirements:
- Valid Driver’s Licence
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and oral) required.
- Knowledge of another South African language will be an asset.
