ChildFund International Job Vacancy 2021
Responsibilities: Design and implement processes to manage, validate, transform, analyse, visualize, interpret, and use quantitative and qualitative data for the projects. Work with the M&EKML Manager to develop a database to house the ASRHR and SGBV data for the ATEC II project and provide technical assistance to the ChildFund M&E team who will maintain and populate the database. Develop data analytics and visualization tools to present data in compelling ways to the Donor and implementing/government partners.

Qualification:
- Degree in public health, demography, epidemiology, statistics, social science or other related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research and evaluation, including development and manipulation of databases.
- Proven expertise in use of statistical software for data analysis and reporting including familiarity with the DHIS2, and/or other data management, visualization, and analytical platforms.
- Effective written communication skills (reports and papers) and ability to develop and deliver visually compelling presentations that translate data and research findings for lay audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and SGBV in the context of low resource settings.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and train through a variety of methods including online, face-to-face, or blended learning opportunities.
- Demonstrated evidence of cross-cultural competency.
