IFES Job Vacancy 2022
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-country point of contact for stakeholders and manage all outreach and scheduling efforts with local electoral stakeholders regarding events and meetings;
- Assist in organizing and facilitating a 2 or 3-day induction training with the ECZ, in partnership with an additional IFES technical expert;
- Provide troubleshooting on all logistical issues that may arise during implementation;
- Contribute to reporting efforts in consultation with IFES HQ;
- Maintain close relationships with officials in election management body to gain a thorough understanding of needs and priorities to assist in refining IFES’ planned work with the commission;
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between relevant ECZ contacts and IFES legal and election experts in support of IFES program activities;
- Participate in donor meetings, as applicable.
