TechnoServe Job Vacancy 2023
Responsibilities:
- Overall business support to ensure smooth operations of Program activities; perform all administrative functions, incoming/outgoing mail, paper and electronic file management and other clerical activities, technology updates and social media, office purchasing, kitchen and office supplies, etc.)
- Provide admin support including document creation, note and minute-taking, correspondence and light research)
- Arrange meetings including executive staff travel, scheduling, coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, draft agendas, etc.
- Phone message management (answer phones, route calls, interact with public, clients, non-profit agencies and vendors)
- Assist to coordinate and manage events including planning and preparations
- Liaise with third party vendors (IT, phone, web developer, building maintenance calls, etc.)
- Maintain office equipment and electronics
- Support Procurement and Admin staff daily with ad hoc projects.
- Create invoices and process customer payments
- Call vendors to check on orders, schedule deliveries and coordinate payments
- Attend vendor meetings
