Job Purpose: The consultant will carry out a study to establish baseline against the broader issues identified above and in line with the donor agreed work plan and activities. The baseline study will investigate the status quo regarding youth financial inclusion including but not limited to access to business opportunities, decent employment, and a conducive policy environment
