Job Purpose: The incumbent will support performance management including leading the country office annual performance planning and review process, and review of risk registers, vulnerability assessment, monitoring and evaluation activities within a country office, ensuring that WFP programmes generate quality evidence on the needs, outcomes and effects of WFP’s food assistance, resilience and capacity strengthening activities on the lives of beneficiaries with which to inform operational decision making and strategic reorientation.

Qualification:

- At least five years of progressively responsible professional post graduate experience in VAM, monitoring, research, evaluations and/or assessments at multiple field locations or programme management.
