Job Description:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the purpose of the Program Facilitator – Economic Empowerment and Resilience Building Role is to provide sound technical support to strengthen and advance a gender transformative to the Zimbabwe project that is funded by Plan International Finland and integrated as part of its Program Framework (with the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs – MFA), My Body My Future 2 – MBMF2, which is expected to run from 2022-2025.

Qualification:

Experience
- At least 5 years proven experience within the development sector in Economic Empowerment and Resilience Building
- Strong expertise on gender transformative programming and good understanding on intersectionality and inclusion.
- Experience in providing technical support and oversight to adolescent Economic Empowerment and Resilience Building programmes.
- Experience in capacity development of project staff; strong facilitation and training skills.
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines when working under pressure on several projects.
- Experience of working for an international organisation and with local partners.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Ndebele and Shona is an asset.
