Plan International Job Vacancy 2021
Accountabilities: Monitor budget versus expenditure for the grant and prepare project monthly financial monitoring report. (Budget Versus Actual). Monitor LINKAGES partner spending progress and provide support accordingly. Prepare consolidated grant financial report including input from the partner as per donor reporting timelines and submit to the PA Accountant for review before sharing with the National Office/Consortium lead partner. Reviews the LINKAGES budgets for the grant and budget modifications and submit the same to PA Accountant Review grants and project financial reports in the accounting system for accurate donor expenditure reporting, reconciling and ensuring timeous resolution of queries in liaison with other relevant functions.
