Accountabilities:
- Information Technology Strategic Leadership: set the direction for operations through prioritization, decision making and monitoring performance and progress towards agreed direction and objectives. Accountable for the development of an effective operational support strategy that enables the ambition, goal and objectives of Country Strategy to be achieved.
- Information Technology Agility: continuously scan the internal, external and regulatory environment as well as emergence of innovations and new ways of working to ensure that Information Technology operations are agile enough to respond effectively whilst maintaining strategic value.
- Management of Critical Operations provide robust advice and opinion to the Administration and Logistics Manager and CLT on issues related to Information Technology risk, legal, regulatory and security issues.

Qualification:
- A degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 5 years relevant working experience at a similar level
- Proven experience of exercising leadership functions with increasing responsibility Information Technology.
- Proven understanding of “child rights” and “gender in development” concepts and the promotion of girls’ rights in the context of relevant International Conventions (Convention of the Rights of the Child, Convention for the Eradication of Discrimination against Women) and the Global Goals (SDGs).
- Experience and understanding of the concepts of sustainable community development and participatory approaches and practice in development interventions (IT4D).
- Knowledge of the requirements financial management
- Knowledge of programming in emergency and challenging environments
- Proven skills in the development and management of effective and motivated teams.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven networking and negotiation skills
