Resource Mobilization Coordinator: Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this job provides specialist guidance and support on grants acquisition activities in line with the approved Country Strategic plan, develops monthly, quarterly and annual resource mobilization progress reports and establishes and maintains networks and partnerships with like-minded organizations. The job holder is also a member of the Program Leadership Team (PLT) and advises the PLT on resource mobilization opportunities.

Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in international relations, development studies or similar relevant to the position.
- A minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in development work.
- Knowledge and proven track record in grant acquisition and donor relationship management (from study, training and practical experience).
- Excellent networking and partnership building skills.
- Able to work in a team environment, pitch in attitude a must.
- Knowledge of child rights-based approach to programming.

- Proven facilitation, marketing, networking, negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent proven skills in developing, writing grant proposals and grant reporting
- Effective working with and through partners
