Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retreat Committee in finalizing the proposed thematic areas based on staff feedback and interest;
- Design and assist Retreat Committee in nudging staff members to show interest in the follow-up and volunteer themselves into thematic area committees;
- Engage staff during Staff meetings to provide feedback and updates on the implementation of the action plan;
- The consultant should be ready to attend meetings upon request by senior management and or the Retreat Committee;
- Conduct an end-of-phase one survey and report outlining gains and opportunities.

Qualification:
- Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Development Studies, Public Administration or a related field.

- Knowledge of the global development agenda;
- Experience with motivation and creating team spirit;
- Experience with handling divergent views.
- Fluency in English is required
