Your responsibilities:
- Programme development and development of new funding proposals in the areas of agribusiness and ICT4D
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring impact of the country programme and on time reporting
- Maintain and develop organizational learning and accountability, and respective systems and frameworks
- Identify co-financing opportunities and negotiate with donors
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential consortium partners

Qualification:
- A university or polytechnic degree in agriculture or an equivalent degree related to the position
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing multi-donor programs, preferably in the area of agriculture, rural development or agribusiness
- Good knowledge of planning and survey methods (MEAL)
- Proven reporting and organizational skills, especially with donors active in Zimbabwe (BMZ, EU, ECHO, USAID, WFP and UNICEF)
- Readiness to receive necessary vaccinations for traveling to Welthungerhilfe’s project countries
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
