KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

  • Documentation of systems, technical and business requirements for social development programs.
  • Assist in the system modeling and design process for Case Management Information Systems (CMIS), Harmonised Social Cash Transfer (HSCT), Basic
  • Education Assistance Module (BEAM), Food Deficit Mitigation Strategy (FDMS) and Integrated Social Protection Management Information System (ISPMIS)
  • Frontend System development for Social Development programme using relevant technologies such as Java Script, JQuery, ASP, NET Web Forms framework and User Interface Design Software.
  • Performing System Testing, Test results documentation and production of other applicable system documentations.
  • Supporting the Change Management process for Harmonised Social Cash Transfer (HSCT) and Case Management Information System (CMIS) through collection of user feed-back, change requests and tracking system updates.
  • Developing e-Learning videos to support system training for users and graphic content that communicates key programme information.
  • Continuously evaluating system performance and usage by targeted users and document outputs.
  • Responsible for maintaining information records such as updating web pages and statistical databases to ensure the information is current and well organised.
  • Suggest improvements to methods and processes in order to support the continuous improvement of IT services.

Qualification:

  • Education: Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is desirable.
  • Language: General Service (Headquarters): Fluency (level C) in English language. Fluency (level C) or intermediate knowledge (level B) of another official language may be required depending on the location of the post or area of responsibility.

  • Has experience resolving more complex technical issues.
