Purpose:

• Provide Operational Support to ESARO and ROSSC countries in respect to Accounts Payable, Operating Fund Account processing and reconciliations, financial policy application
• Financial Management and Reporting
• Year End Closure Processing
• VAT Submissions and Reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: High school Graduate; Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Experience: At least 6 years’ experience in finance or project management.
• Languages: Fluency in English.
