ICRC Job Vacancy 2022

Purpose of the Role: The OBA Delegation Prototype Manager coordinates the work of co-creation and prototyping teams in the delegation under the direct supervision and line management of the Head of Delegation and the functional management of the OBA HQ Prototype Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Certifications/ Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Project management training a must.
• Prosci practitioner certification an asset.
• Fluent command of English

Professional Experience required:

• 8–12 years’ professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in successful project management.
• Financial management experience (budgeting and resource allocation).
