NRC Job Vacancy 2022
Generic professional competencies:
- The incumbent should hold a Degree of Agribusiness/Social Sciences/Adult and Community Based Education/Cash Programming, Community Rehabilitation, Development Studies.
- Post Graduate Qualification required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on Cash and Livelihoods/Food security project implementation position in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Experience with community-based projects/activities.
- Experience with multi-sectoral and integrated Cash and Livelihoods programming
- Professional knowledge of cash transfer modalities/systems.
- Experience with early recovery /reconstruction projects is an asset.
- Experience working with vulnerable groups in particular IDPs; Refugees, able to demonstrate conflict-sensitivity, compassion, discretion and protection aspects.
- Skills in monitoring and evaluation would be beneficial.
- Skills and knowledge of market analysis and cash based interventions, Livelihoods and Food Security.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
