Who are we looking for:

• Current NRC female field staff in grade 6 or above
• Currently having some line management responsibilities
• Worked in NRC for minimum a year
• Identified as a Talent by existing and/or previous line manager
• Have an ambition to stay on in the organisation and grow into a more senior leadership position
• Willing to take the lead on own development with the support of the organisation
• Highly motivated for the programme and a wish to build self-awareness
• Willing to prioritise own development and dedicate time and resources to participate in the programme and participate in all parts of the programme.
