Nutrition International Job Vacancy 2022
Job Role: In line with NI’s strategic Plan the Child Health and Nutrition Senior Program Officer’s role is to be the technical lead for Child survival program (Vitamin A supplementation, VAS and Zinc/ORS interventions) in Ethiopia and to coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of integrated regional programs for SNNP Region of Ethiopia. He/she shall also improve the quality and coverage of integrated Nutrition and health program by supporting the Federal Ministry of Health and regional health Bureaus. Reporting to the Deputy country director, the regional coordinator / SPO will be responsible for project development, implementation and management of all integrated projects, monitoring and reporting, knowledge management, research and evaluation. S/h will manage all the external relation and supervise all the TAs in the regional bureaus. Working closely with the NI expertise in Ethiopia, RO and HQ S/H will be the technical lead for the Child survival Project. S/H will ensure overall project management and oversee the technical aspect of the project for smooth running.
