The NRC has published a job vacancy announcement on 29th November 2022 for qualified South Sudanese to fill in the vacant post of Finance Coordinator to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

NRC Job Vacancy 2022

Role and responsibilities: The purpose of the Finance Coordinator position is to ensure accountability and accurate financial reporting in conformity to NRC’s accounting practices and standards and donor requirements. S/he is responsible for monthly internal and external financial reporting; for assisting in preparation of master budget and project budgets for all related programmes, donors, and departments by ensuring adherence to NRC’s policies and donor requirements; ensure that NRC South Sudan financial management systems are consistent, project funding utilized and accounted for in compliance with NRC and donor regulations and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or/ and Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good knowledge of budgeting a grant proposal and reporting
• Robust knowledge of internal controls
• Proficient in general accounting
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Consortium or direct coordination with partners, donors is a plus
