- The overall objective (impact) to which this action contributes is “Enhanced transparency and efficiency of public financial management for better service delivery and inclusive development”.
- The specific objectives (outcomes) of this contract are as follows:
- Improved service delivery for all through more effective PFM systems at local level; and Improved budget oversight and budget scrutiny by the relevant national institutions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Experience in aid delivery methods and in implementation of international cooperation.
- Experience with EU projects and programmes.
- Experience with project and programme management, implementation and reporting.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as Team Leader in similar assignments.
