About the Role: We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist within the program’s Systems Department, who will manage critical systems needed to achieve our scale targets. You will report directly to the Systems Program Associate and will manage a portfolio of projects, including data collection and analytics, program KPIs, large print orders and office IT support. You will directly manage a growing team of staff from three sections.

Qualification & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data-heavy systems role, for example: data analyst, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience and advanced skill in data analysis such as Excel or Google Sheets (can build and maintain complex spreadsheets). Knowledge of PowerBI or Stata is a plus.
• Previously worked with resource planning platforms like SAP or Airtable.
• Experience in complex project management with cross-team stakeholders.
• Experience rolling out or implementing new systems. For example, building a new inventory tracking system or data reconciliation process.
